On July 14, Nikko Natividad drew amused online reactions when he posted on Instagram a photo of him looking intently at Enrique Gil.
The photo was taken at the special media event for his upcoming film project with Gil. Natividad wrote as caption, “Tatlong taon kitang hinintay Big Bird🐣 What happens in thailand stay in thailand🫣.”
The actor further teased the netizens with the line, “Kinis ng muka ni @enriquegil17 muntik kong dilaan e.”
Amused reactions flooded the comment section of the post, both from fellow artists and fans.
Jerald Napoles commented, “Naniniwala akong dinilaan mo !! Ilabas mo picture!!! 😂 congrats brother!!”
“Kinakabahan ako for Quen! Char!✌️✌️✌️,” a fan commented.
Another comment reads, “Sana all makinis hahahaha. Napaka gwapo naman kase ni Enrique eh.”
Natividad is known for his funny personality and deviant antics. He previously posted on Instagram something about his upcoming project with Gil.
The caption for the post ambiguously hinted at the comedic nature of their project.
““IM NOT A BIG BIRD” Tittle palang alam mong kapupulutan ng aral😂😂 Tapos sa thailand pa location. Yari na🤐”
The two are set to star in ‘I Am Not Big Bird,’ a comedy film that also features Pepe Herrera and Red Ollero.
The film is set in the 2000s in Thailand and follows Gil’s character, Luis Carpio, who was mistaken for ‘Big Bird,’ an adult film star.
According to Lilit Reyes, the writer of the film, the story is inspired by real events that happened to his colleague when they visited Thailand a few years ago.
The movie is highly anticipated as it is Gil’s much-awaited movie comeback, and his first time headlining a comedy film.
Directed by Victor Villanueva, the film is expected to be shown in cinemas this year.
