Kapuso stars and close friends Ruru Madrid and Kylie Padilla will reunite in the highly anticipated full action series ‘Black Rider.’
According to Ruru, audiences can expect an intriguing portrayal from Kylie’s character in the series.
“Ibang-ibang Kylie ‘yung mapapanood niyo. Grabe ‘yung drama na maipapakita niya dito,” the actor shared.
Kylie confirmed this and revealed that she has already begun filming her scenes for the series.
“Noong binasa ko ‘yung script, maganda naman talaga. Maganda ‘yung love story. Parang catalyst ‘yung character ko para sa magandang storyline niya,” she explained.
Within just two days of filming, they have already shot numerous thrilling action sequences.
Ruru emphasized that despite being an action-packed series, they have ensured that it will appeal to a broader audience.
“Ang aming number one na pambato diyan, action. Hindi siyempre mawawala ang mga drama na eksena kasi siyempre ang dami nating mga dramatic actors na nandirito sa programa po na ito. May comedy rin, ang dami nating komedyante. Parang pinag-isa siya sa isang programa,” he described the series.

“Magugulat kayo sa aming inihandang teaser. We shot this for how many hours. Pinaghandaan namin ‘yan. We trained for how many months for that specific scene,” Ruru shared.
