On July 12, Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose reacted on being called Mrs. Cruz.
At the media event for ‘The Cheating Game,’ San Jose giddily responded to the monicker ‘Mrs. Cruz’ in connection to Rayver Cruz.
“Nakaka-flatter po siyempre.”
Kapuso actor and San Jose’s real-life beau Rayver Cruz responded by admitting that he felt ‘kilig’ when hearing people calling San Jose ‘Mrs. Cruz.’
“Kung tawang-tawa si Julie, ako naman sobrang kilig na kilig.
“Kaya ako naman kilig na kilig ako. Ano naman talaga ako eh, kagaya nga ng sabi ko na unang beses na.”
He also professed that their relationship is for the long haul.
“I’m on this all the way, and alam naman ng tao kung gaano ko kamahal si Julie. And kung mamarapatin ng Panginoong Diyos, eh si Julie naman talaga ang Mrs. Cruz for me.”
In November 2022, months after speculations, San Jose and Cruz confirmed their relationship during the concert event ‘Julieverse.’
As for their upcoming GMA Public Affairs film, San Jose recounted how she accepted her role, citing how much she loved working with Cruz in ‘The Cheating Game.’
“Of course, no hesitation din, I believe it’s one of the acting projects din na na-offer sa aming dalawa ni Ray together. Before nag-start kasi kami sa Studio 7 pa lang, tapos nagkaroon kami ng supporters ni Ray, so may clamor from the fans.
“So supporters, hanggang sa nagkaroon na kami ng production numbers together, mas madalas na kami nagkakatrabaho. Tapos we we’re introduced sa Cheating Game nga.
“Walang pagtutumanging oo, siyempre si Ray naman ‘yun and natutuwa ako kasi masarap kasama si Ray, masaya siyang katrabaho, I never had a hard time working with him.”
‘The Cheating Game’ stars San Jose, Cruz, Martin del Rosario, and Winwyn Marquez.
The cast also features Paolo Contis, Thea Tolentino, Yayo Aguila, Candy Pangilinan, Jose Sarasola, and Phi Palmos.
