On July 19, ‘Eat Bulaga’ host Isko Moreno thanked their Kapuso viewers for their recent lead in ratings.
Despite the heated competition of the noontime television programming, it seemed as though ‘Eat Bulaga’ finally found its footing with a recent ratings increase as of July 19.
According to AGB NIELSEN PHILS. NUTAM People in TV Homes ratings TOP OVERALL PROGRAMS, ‘Eat Bulaga’ got 4.12 ratings for July 19, compared to other noontime shows, such as ‘E.A.T’ on TV5 with 3.79 and ‘It’s Showtime’ on GTV with 2.76 ratings.
As a result, the former Manila Mayor-turned-host Isko Moreno Domagoso thanked their supporters and Tape Inc for believing in them.
He also promised they would continue to bring joy to Filipino viewers.
After their July 19 lead, it seemed E.A.T redeemed itself with 4.2 ratings for July 20, followed by Eat Bulaga with 3.5 ratings and It’s Showtime with 3.4.
As for July 18, E.A.T, Eat Bulaga, and It’s Showtime were neck-to-neck in ratings with 3.6, 3.5, and 3.2, respectively.
Following this trend, it shows the competitive nature of noontime programming after the recent change in the landscape of lunchtime shows.
