FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, was recognized as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers and the only logistics company to have received the Best Employer Brand Awards 2023.
FedEx was recognized for its excellence in human resources development. This includes talent attraction and retention, talent development, recruitment strategies, diversity, equity and inclusion, health and safety, women empowerment, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The Employer Branding Awards was instituted by the Employer Branding Institute (EBI), World HRD Congress, and the Stars of the Industry Group to recognize the exemplary human resource (HR) practice of companies and the effective utilization of marketing communications for workplace culture and skills development. The selection process follows an evaluation by a panel of judges. In an initial screening, nominees were evaluated based on employee satisfaction, talent development, work-life balance, corporate social responsibility and measurable results.
