Many people are saying that Elisse Joson has become even more beautiful now, as if she doesn’t even have a child, like a flower that is just blossoming.
During the press conference on July 13 at Luxent Hotel in Quezon City for ‘Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,’ a member of the media asked if the lead actresses, like Alexa Ilacad, Loisa Andalio, Charlie Dizon, and Elisse Joson herself, had any cosmetic enhancements done to their appearance.
Joson bravely shared, “Sa showbiz kasi, talagang the tiniest detail mapi-pinpoint sa bawat isa. I think, bilang artista, ako personally, meron talagang maintenance na tinatawag diyan ang bawat artista, na ang hirap din naman na isa-isahin kung ano ang kailangan namin. Kasi ‘di ba, insecurity nga po namin ‘yon. We know for our self na meron kaming ginawa na maintenance or help para ma-achieve ang confidence that we want to achieve.
She also admitted, “Kanya-kanyang ano… Kumbaga, nasa atin na lang `yon kung ano man ‘yon. But for me, it’s normal kung ano man ang gusto mong i-achieve sa sarili mo. So ako talaga, I have maintenance for myself. Na as babae, ginagawa ko rin po.”
Well, Elisse has always been beautiful, and she’s right that some maintenance is needed to enhance that beauty.
As an artist, it’s her obligation to appear beautiful in the eyes of everyone. And there’s nothing wrong if a woman chooses to improve her appearance to help reduce or eliminate her insecurities.
‘Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,’ a co-production between media giants ABS-CBN and TV5, will air starting July 25 on TV5, A2Z and Kapamilya Channel (Mondays to Fridays 3pm and Saturdays at 2:30pm).
