They say it’s personality that brings out the appeal in everyone, and that what you wear is merely an accessory to amplify the charm you already have. That seems true for some female personalities who walked the red carpet of the second GMA Gala, last night, July 22, at the Mariott Grand Ballroom in Newport.
While many of the attendees sported a combo of good looks and elegant style, some of the beautiful ladies who walked the red carpet won the many through sheer boldness and confidence, alone. It’s for such a reason that character made possible the presence of some outstanding gentlemen, on this list.
Here are the 10 female attendees who stood out at the GMA Gala 2023 red carpet:
Anne Curtis
At this point, it seems settled that anything Curtis decides to wear will still look good, even if most people would look awkward wearing it. She is the ‘Dyosa’ after all, hence the lack of surprise about her still pulling off a gorgeous aura when she walked the red carpet in strapless all-white ensemble.
Barbie Forteza
The so-called Primetime Princess of GMA was cool as the mint dress she wore, when she walked the Gala’s red carpet. Exuding an exceptionally breezy and sophisticated charm, the emerging Kapuso superstar was a breath of fresh air, as she managed to keep everybody’s excitement and kilig, even though she chose to be by herself and not with either her real life beau or her onscreen partner.
Bea Alonzo
Alonzo was an ethereal star when she began walking the red carpet, alongside her soon-to-be husband, Dominic Roque. Lovely in the Mark Burgamner creation she decided to flaunt, she totally proved that she is classy royalty and that her overflowing elegance is timeless.
Bianca Umali.
Gold looked perfect on Umali. That’s what we learned when the talented Kapuso actress took her bid to dominate the GMA Gala 2023, and while many others did exceptionally well, she made sure her time on the red carpet made her stand out, and she did.
Celeste Cortesi
Fresh from signing her exclusive contract with GMA Network, Cortesi was a skin-baring head turner, whose red carpet look was unlike any other. Almost visionary, the previous Miss Universe Philippines no doubt made jaws drop with her sultry ensemble.
CJ Opiaza
Opiaza literally sparkled on the red carpet, with her skin-baring, glittered, strapless pink ensemble. The current Miss Universe Philippines first runner-up, Opiaza was a proof to the morena elegance and sophistication, which she delivered with ease at the GMA Gala, last July 22.
Jillian Ward
You can say this former Kapuso child wonder has truly grown into a fine young lady, with how incredibly alluring she came to be, on the red carpet of the second GMA Gala. Ward was channeling a future Kapuso royalty vibe, when she arrived to the scene like a full-fledged teen princess. The glitters sprinkled on her dress seem to allude to the stars that would definitely shine for her career.
Julie Anne San Jose
San Jose’s ‘limitless’ star shone luminously at the GMA Gala, especially when she walked the red carpet, alongside with her flame, Rayver Cruz. The biggest Kapuso recording star, who is also an accomplished actress, was a sight to behold in her sparkle-laden lilac dress, but it was the smile that seemed to not leave her lips, that intrigued us the most. It must be because of the dashing gentleman beside her. I mean, what other reason can it be?
Marian Rivera
There is no doubt that the Kapuso Primetime Queen was one of the biggest female royalties of the night, and she completely owned her moment on the red carpet as expected from a true queen. There is an absolute elegance in her simplicity, which can be easily observed by how beautifully she carried her all-white ensemble.
Roxie Smith
It was glamor that newbie Kapuso artist, Roxie Smith, was screaming about, when she walked the GMA Gala 2023 red carpet, on July 22. The way she made heads turn when she made her walk, seems to suggest it is just a matter time before she becomes the next big thing of GMA.
Special mention to Kylie Padilla, Gabbi Garcia, Rabiya Mateo, Krishna Gravidez, Megan Young, and many more, who each looked elegantly classy in their own right. Truly, GMA Gala 2023, is a night to remember, and that’s certainly the case to everyone who witness the gathering of stars at the Mariott Grand Ball Room.
