The 44th anniversary celebration of Eat Bulaga! on July 29, 2023, Saturday, promises exciting prizes such as seven cellphones and seven winners of P44,000 each in their “QR Code” segment.
They are also plugging a house and lot giveaway and a one-million-peso surprise, which they describe as an extravagant surprise.
Eat Bulaga! will be using their new theme song for the celebration. They are also set to announce something related to their social media account, and there are speculations about them possibly launching their own YouTube channel, aside from their existing Facebook account.
However, they are facing difficulties in this aspect as there have been reports about them being accused of copying TVJ’s Eat Bulaga!. They are not sure how to address this issue, especially since their two competing noontime shows are thriving online.
The show will also be introducing new segments and contests, which the audience is eagerly looking forward to.
It’s intriguing to see how Eat Bulaga! will celebrate its 44th anniversary without mentioning past segments featuring Tito, Vic, & Joey and the legit Dabarkads.

On the other hand, TVJ will be celebrating “National Dabarkads Day” at E.A.T. It remains to be seen if they will mention Eat Bulaga! during the celebration at TV5. In their YouTube channel, they do mention their past noontime show, but it’s uncertain if they will do the same on TV5.
After the 44th-anniversary celebration, it is expected that the regular hosts of the revamped Eat Bulaga! will be finalized. As of now, Paolo Contis, Isko Moreno, Buboy Villar, Betong Sumaya, Alexa Miro, and the twins Mavy and Cassy Legaspi have been announced. There are also guest co-hosts like Winwyn Marquez, Glaiza de Castro, Chariz Solomon, Yasser Marta, Dasuri Choi, Kokoy de Santos, Kimpoy Feliciano, and Michael Sager. As of this moment, Paolo and Isko are the only ones who have signed contracts.
