In the three-way battle for the noontime slot, TVJ’s ‘E.A.T.’ on TV5 continues to maintain its position as the leader, despite ongoing challenges from its competitors vying for the throne.
According to the most recent ratings report from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘E.A.T.’ remains the top performer on the noontime slot, with ‘It’s Showtime’ securing the second spot and the revamped ‘Eat Bulaga!’ trailing behind.
On Monday, July 10, ‘E.A.T.’ achieved a rating of 4.3 percent, showing a 0.5 percent increase from its Friday rating of 3.8 percent. This latest rating positions ‘E.A.T.’ at number 12 on the leaderboard, one place higher than the previous day.
‘It’s Showtime,’ on the other hand, recorded a rating of 3.1 percent, which is 0.1 percent lower than its previous rating of 3.2 percent on Friday, July 7. Despite the slight decrease, its ranking improved by one place, moving up to number 14 from number 15.
Meanwhile, ‘Eat Bulaga!’ has returned to the bottom of the noontime ranking after obtaining a rating of 3.0 percent, representing a 0.3 percent decline from its previous rating of 3.3 percent. Its ranking also slipped one position, now standing at number 15 from number 14.
Given the fierce competition in the noontime slot, rankings are expected to fluctuate. The question remains: Can ‘E.A.T.’ maintain its lead or will ‘It’s Showtime’ or ‘Eat Bulaga!’ finally seize the throne?
