Just a few days before her ‘Beloved’ concert this Saturday, Belle Mariano expressed not only her nervousness but also her readiness for the big event.
In a report by Ganiel Krishnan on TV Patrol last night, Mariano also responded to the trending clip from Darla Sauler’s vlog where she called Donny Pangilinan ‘Babe.’
She explained, “Grabe naman ‘yun, ako rin nagulat. Sabi ko, ‘ha? ‘yun ba ‘yung sinabi ko? Tiningnan ko ‘yung video. Guys, just to confirm, I said, I think from what I recall, I said, ‘wait, try mo ‘yung lato lato, try mo ‘yung nato nato,’ ganyan.”
She laughed and added, “Natatawa ako na ganu’n din ‘yung pagkakarinig ko. Pero at that moment, I confirmed from everyone, ‘did I really say that?’ Pero hindi po.”
The short video was posted on Twitter by a user with the handle ‘Kaira-BELOVED.’ The user did not mention when the footage was taken, but it seemed recent.
In the video, Mariano was seen playing lato-lato with Pangilinan and some friends. She was then heard talking to Pangilinan, saying, “Babe, try the lato-lato.”
Both she and Pangilinan seemed surprised. The latter did not respond immediately and just smiled.
Based on the video, one could assume that they are a couple, although there has not been any official confirmation from them yet.
