Maja Salvador and co-host Awra Briguela found friendship in each other from their early days in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano to their current game show on TV5, Emojination.
On May 11, during an interview for their show, Briguela revealed, “Sobrang swerte ko kasi alagang-alaga ako ni Ate, parang may anak talaga siya, kahit ngayon, sinusuot ko yung Versace heels niya right now.
“Sobrang tutok si Ate sakin sa damit ko, even my nails, siya pa nagdidikit nito. Ramdam na ramdam ko yung love niya sakin, kahit nung Probinsyano days pa, ganiyan siya.”
It helped that Salvador and Brigiela have a natural onscreen chemistry, as they are good friends in real life.
The seasoned actress, Salvador, commended her young co-host, “So pag nagr-roll na kami, sobrang natural, sobrang natural siya. Isa siyang revelation.”
According to the Gen Z host, “Parehas kami ng shoe size. Kaya lahat ng di niya gagamitin, ako yung gagamit.”
It seemed that both didn’t only influence each other in fashion but as coffee buddies, as the actress revealed that drinking coffee is one of their bonding activities during the shoot for the game show.
She also revealed, “Si Awra, malakas pa rin siya kumain. Kailangan niya kumain ng madami, kailangan niya ng kape.
“May energy si Awra na gustong-gusto ko, kaya parang hindi kumpleto kung hindi ko titingnan yung outfit niya.”
Salvador and Briguela will host a guessing game show Emojination on TV5, every Sunday at 5 pm.
