On May 31, new Viva artist Sheila Snow discussed how she moved on from her 8-year relationship.
At the media conference for ‘Hilom’, which LionhearTV covered, Snow said she traveled with her friends to begin her emotional healing.
Snow pointed out that “It’s okay not to be okay. Ask for help.”
She then noted the value of asking family and friends for advice and keeping busy when moving on.
Snow added, “Kaya habang nag-he-heal ka kailangan mag-heal ka din mentally, so ‘yun ‘yung nakakatulong.”
She then expressed her thoughts on dating to move on, stating that she would prioritize herself first. It will be beneficial if you meet someone and fall in love along the way, but self-care must come first.
As for her role, Snow detailed what it was like working with her director and co-stars.
“Actually, first time ko pong maka-work si Direk GB and ang gaan po ng loob ko po sa kaniya. Parang ka-vibe–as in feeling ko lang magka-level kami ng vibe although hindi ganon kahaba ‘yung work hours namin sa isa’t-isa.”
Additionally, she commended Christine Bermas, with whom she has worked twice, for being soft-spoken, and Arron Villaflor, who has been so cool throughout the shoot.
Hilom stars Arron Villaflor Christine Bermas, Julia Victoria, Alma Moreno, Billy Villeta, TJ Valderama, Kedebon Colim, Kyo Quijano, Lara Morena, Liz Alindogan, Apple Castro, Cathy Ashley, Snow, and Chariz Po.
Under the direction of multi-genre director GB Sampedro, Hilom streams via Vivamax on June 9.
