Ogie Diaz, the well-loved Filipino comedian, and entertainment vlogger, recently shared his thoughts on the rising trend of vlogging and being a social media influencer among the younger generation.
“Unang-unan karamihan sa mga bata ngayon ay dinukot mula sa vlogging, sa pagiging social media influencer nila kaya nakakalungkot din na may mga vloggers at influencers na kapag sila kinuha mo ang tataas ng tingin sa sarili, kaya dapat be humble, pag binabash kayo i-enjoy niyo yung bashing, huwag kayong iiyak,” adviced Diaz during an interview on May 20th.
Ogie Diaz, known for his candid and humorous approach, emphasized the significance of humility in the world of influencers. His advice to “enjoy the bashing, don’t cry” implies that influencers should view criticism as an opportunity for growth rather than an attack on their character.
