A recent social media post by Filipino comedian and first-ever Miss Q&A grand winner Juliana Parizcova has driven netizens to speculate on her potential participation in the upcoming Miss International Queen pageant.
This speculation came in the wake of Lars Pacheco’s commendable performance but failure to secure the crown at the recently concluded Miss International Queen 2023.
On June 25, Parizcova, the Season 1 Grand Winner of It’s Showtime’s Miss Q&A, shared a photo of herself alongside Miss International Queen 2023 Puerto Rico. Playfully, she captioned the post, saying, “Babawi tayo next year Ate…pangako ‘yan.”
Parizcova’s post quickly garnered numerous comments filled with support and jests for the popular Miss Q&A queen. Fans exclaimed, “Ilampaso mo sila Juliana Parizcova Segovia! Sabihin mong YES!” and “Kulang ka sa kape, dat sayo pinapapak mo araw araw ang kape.”
Despite the buzz, Parizcova has not given a confirmation regarding her potential participation in the Miss International Queen 2024.
If Parizcova does intend to join the pageant, she would first need to compete against other formidable candidates in the Miss International Queen Philippines.
Notably, in the recently concluded Miss International Queen 2023, Lars Pacheco represented the Philippines with admirable poise on the international stage. Despite delivering a remarkable performance in the swimsuit and evening gown segments, as well as impressing the audience in the Q&A, Pacheco narrowly missed securing a spot in the top three and concluded her journey in the top six. Ultimately, the crown went to Miss Netherlands.
While Parizcova herself has not made any official statements, many eagerly await news regarding her potential participation in the pageant.
Hailing from Pasay City, Parizcova made history as the first-ever Grand Winner of Miss Q&A in 2018, competing against the likes of Matrica Mae Matmat Centino, who secured the first runner-up title and Lars Pacheco who won the second runner-up.
Given her previous success and memorable performance alongside Lars Pacheco in 2018, supporters believe that Parizcova has the potential to triumph in the future.
