Renowned Filipino actress and the queen of Philippine Soap Opera, Judy Ann Santos, recently expressed her willingness to embark on new collaborative projects with the GMA Network.
In a captivating episode of ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ aired on June 13, Santos graced the show as a guest. During her appearance, host Boy Abunda posed a question, inquiring about her potential interest in working with GMA Network.
“Are you open to working here in GMA-7?” Abunda inquired.
Santos openly shared that she has consistently upheld a strong bond with GMA Network, fostering a positive relationship even in the past. She wholeheartedly conveyed her eagerness to collaborate with the network, citing numerous shows, movies, and projects she had previously engaged in as testament.
During the interview, Santos affectionately reminisced about her fruitful collaborations with GMA Network, highlighting various noteworthy productions as vivid examples of their successful partnership.
“Oh yeah. I’ve always had a good relationship with GMA-7,” Santos replied.
“I made Ouija under GMA films, nagge-guest ako sa SOP, I’d be their co-host, I mean, very open ‘yung relationship ko sa GMA-7,” she added.
Santos expressed her desire to embark on a fresh series, emphasizing the importance of maintaining control over her schedule to prioritize her family.
In her candid remarks, Santos conveyed her aspiration to delve into a new television series while underscoring the significance of having the flexibility to manage her time effectively. She eloquently emphasized that her family holds utmost importance in her life, and she aims to strike a harmonious balance between her professional commitments and personal responsibilities.
“Gusto kong gumawa ng series but I cannot commit my time to a long-term series, limited series is okay because I still want to have control over my schedule and plan my time with my family,” Santos explained.
It is noteworthy to mention that renowned multi-awarded actress Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo revealed in February that GMA Network had reached out to inquire about her contractual status, following the expiration of her contract with ABS-CBN.
Santos is widely acclaimed for her exceptional acting prowess and has graced the screens with remarkable performances in notable films and series such as “Don’t Give Up on Us” (2006), “Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo” (2006), “Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo” (2007), and “Si Agimat, si Enteng Kabisote at si Ako” (2012).
