On June 15, Filipino-American drag performer Jiggly Caliente apologized to Pinoy Drag Queen Mac Coronel, popularly known as Taylor Sheesh, after making a comment on the latter’s drag performance.
Jiggly, who was one of Drag Race Philippines Season 1 judges, made the following remark on one of Mac’s performances through her Instagram story:
“Prime example of drag is for everyone, but not everyone should be on stage (laughing emoji).”

Her remark prompted reactions from the queens of Drag Race Philippines and Drag Den.
DRPH Queens Viñas De Luxe, Prince Marell, Eva Le Queen, Corazon, and Marina Summers attested to Mac’s ability as a drag performer.

Jiggly admitted that she was wrong in harshly criticizing Mac’s drag performance via Instagram Live.
“I cannot even justify it because it’s my own fault. Ka-malditahan ko and ka-bitchesahan ko. And one thing I definitely do not ever want to be a part of is a narrative of purposely or maliciously making somebody feel bad or feel like shit.”
She then apologized to Mac (Taylor Sheesh), citing that she didn’t purposely want to make other drag performers feel bad.
“I want to [make an apology] to Taylor Sheesh because it is not my proudest moment, and I can’t justify it. It’s just wrong, and I don’t want to be that girl that purposely [is going to] make someone feel bad. That’s not my gig.
“I’m a b*tch, but not the b*tch who makes you feel like sh*t. I’m only a b*tch if you provoke me. That was unprovoked, and it wasn’t supposed to be, and it just wasn’t right. That’s the only thing I can honestly say.”
Mac then tweeted that Jiggly already reached out to her and settled things between them.

Recently, Mac gained popularity among international publications for her recreation of Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ during a fan event in a mall in Quezon City.
