Two Kapuso programs bid farewell last week; how did their finale episodes fare in TV ratings?
On Friday, June 9, the Koreanovela ‘Eve’ and the Kapuso family gameshow ‘Family Feud’ aired their finale episodes, and according to the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, both shows had a respectable television exit.
Eve concluded its run at the 17th spot on the rating chart with a rating of 3.2 percent.
Meanwhile, Family Feud wrapped up its season in 7th place, garnering a rating of 9.1 percent.
Throughout the week, the Koreanovela followed a declining trajectory.
It started with a rating of 2.8 percent on Monday, June 5, and dipped by 0.3 percent to 2.5 percent on Tuesday, June 6.
On Wednesday, June 7, Eve experienced an increase, reaching 3.3 percent and securing the 16th position after previously ranking 20th.
It further climbed to 3.4 percent on Thursday, June 8, maintaining its 16th spot on the ratings board. However, as mentioned earlier, its final episode dropped to 3.2 percent.
Family Feud faced a similar fate, beginning with an upward trend but gradually declining towards the end.
On Monday, June 5, Family Feud achieved a rating of 9.7 percent, securing the 6th spot on the rating chart.
The following day, Tuesday, June 6, it climbed to the 4th spot, surpassing the daytime leader, ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap,’ with a rating of 10.9 percent.
On Wednesday, June 7, Family Feud experienced a slight drop of 0.7 percent, reaching 10.2 percent and ranking 5th on the ratings leaderboard.
By Thursday, June 8, the Kapuso game show had further declined to 9.3 percent, moving down to the 7th spot.
Although Family Feud maintained its 7th rank on its finale episode, its rating dropped by 0.2 percent to 9.1 percent.
