On June 2, rapper-businessman Jayson Luzadas, popularly known as “Boss Toyo”, recalled how he turned his life around from being a drug addict.
At the media event for his new single ‘Rap Lord,’ which LionhearTV covered, Luzadas admitted that he had been in rehab three times.
“I’ve been in rehab three times, at hindi ko ‘yun tinatanggi, at hindi ko ‘yung tinatago, kasi para sa akin ay past is past, ang importante is ‘yung present and the future.
He noted how he had changed his life and became a rapper-businessman.
He then recounted how he started his business by reselling watches. He narrated, “Watch–Casio, actually reseller lang ako. Kumukuha lang ako sa supplier from PHP 1600, all the way from Cavite, taga-Cavite kasi ako, binebenta ko ng 2400. So ganon talaga ‘yung humble beginnings ko.”
He also discussed how he dreamed of succeeding when he was younger.
He also plans on entering politics someday; believing in the power of manifestation.
