In a grand media conference for the series ‘Unbreak My Heart’ held on May 25, Eula Valdez shared her thoughts on being part of the historic collaboration between GMA Network and ABS-CBN.
The esteemed actress revealed that the weight she used to feel when bidding farewell to one TV network to work on a project with another has vanished with this groundbreaking collaboration. She expressed, “Feeling ko parang ano na, yung parang nag-school ka.”
“Feeling ko na-experience ko ‘yung both worlds!” said Valdez regarding the TV collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA 7.
“Dito parang may permiso na, kunwari may natapos akong isang project sa ABS, nagpapaalam ako sa ABS, ‘Na meron po ba akong kasunod ngayon kasi po kung wala pwede po bang lumipat muna sa kabila?’ Ngayon legal na. Now sobrang nawalan ng bigat,” she confessed.
Eula Valdez is one of the powerhouse cast members of the first collaboration between Kapamilya and Kapuso networks, ‘Unbreak My Heart,’ currently airing on GMA Telebabad. The series stars Jodi Sta. Maria, Joshua Garcia, Gabbi Garcia, and Richard Yap.
In the show, Eula portrays the mother of Joshua’s character, with her role intricately connected to the lives of the other main characters in the story.
Eula shared, “Ang ganda ng project na ito, and sobrang grateful ako na kasama ang pangalan ko sa project na Unbreak My Heart.”
She further explained, “Sobrang nag-benefit ang mga artista. Blessed ako, itong lifetime na ito na-experience ko ang collab ng GMA at ABS, at ng Viu (Philippines).”
The star-studded cast of the series also includes Laurice Guillen, Sunshine Cruz, Romnick Sarmenta, Victor Neri, Nikki Valdez, Will Ashley, Jeremiah Lisbo, Bianca De Vera, Dionne Monsanto, Maey Bautista, Philip Joshua Endrinal, Mark Rivera, and many others.
‘Unbreak My Heart’ can be seen on GMA Telebabad, Pinoy Hits, and I Heart Movies at 9:35 p.m., and on GTV at 11:25 p.m.
