ePLDT, the ICT subsidiary of PLDT, has received four Microsoft’s Solutions Partner designations which further demonstrates its expertise to successfully deliver customized solutions for customers and keep them at the forefront of digital transformation through Microsoft technologies.
Apart from the new Solutions Partner designations, ePLDT was also honored with the 2022 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year, and recognized as 2022 Microsoft Partner Awardee for Customer Centricity, Azure Customer Recruit, and Tech Intensity.
Since its launch in August 2022, ePLDT has received Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work and three Microsoft Azure designations: Digital & App Innovation, Infrastructure, and Data & AI.
“These recognitions affirm ePLDT’s capability and reinforces our commitment to deliver customer-centric solutions to our enterprise customers, wherever they may be on their digital transformation journey,” said Victor S. Genuino, President and CEO of ePLDT.
The MCPP was introduced in October 2022 to replace the Microsoft Partner Network. Under the new partner program, Microsoft partners can demonstrate their expertise and capabilities to deliver customer success within Microsoft Cloud’s six key areas: Azure (Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, Infrastructure), Modern Work, Security, and Business Applications.
As ePLDT was recognized under the Modern Work specialization, it is an added boost to its proficiency in supporting its clients as they undergo transformation and move to hybrid work using Microsoft 365. All the more so, the attainment of all three Azure specializations reflects ePLDT’s extensive expertise in the data and infrastructure space.
More specifically, the Digital & App Innovation (Azure) specialization demonstrates the ICT company’s capability in providing its clients with the tools and frameworks to build, run, and manage applications across multiple clouds – both on-premises and at the edge. Its Solutions Partner for Data & AI (Azure) designation highlights that ePLDT is also well-positioned to help its customers manage their data across multiple systems to create analytics and artificial intelligence or AI solutions, to improve their operations.
In addition, being a Solutions Partner for Infrastructure (Azure) further establishes ePLDT’s capability to help its customers expedite the migration of their essential infrastructure workloads to the cloud.
“Our Microsoft Cloud Partner Program will provide customers with the assurance that they have the right partner with the established proficiency, capabilities, and success in their desired solution areas,” said Peter Maquera, Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Philippines. “These designations exemplify ePLDT’s commitment to helping our joint customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft Cloud.”
With continuous innovation and commitment as a trusted digital transformation partner, ePLDT expects to achieve the remaining two Solutions Partner Designations while continuing to provide best-of-class cloud services to its partners and customers across different industries.
