The hosts reenacted their usual intro, “Mga Dabarkads alas dose na, Eat Bulaga na!,” igniting the nostalgia of watching the previous Eat Bulaga!’s broadcasts.
Allan K joined in expressing his shock to be finally on a live broadcasting again.

“First time kasi namin sa studio dito sa TV5. Sobrang babait ng mga tao dito. Dama mo yung warm welcome nila so thank you po sa Kapatid natin…Kung hindi niyo po alam, share ko lang, birthday ko po ngayon. Eighteen years old na po ako,” the young star said in an interview.
Dizon added, “And kahit birthday ko po, nag-pictorial pa din kami kasi hindi na ako puwede sa susunod na araw dahil meron akong birthday trip,” explaining her unavailability during Agoncillo’s live stream.
The hosts of Eat Bulaga recently switched networks after leaving TAPE Inc. due to internal conflicts between the show’s hosts and their production company. Their inability to broadcast live on May 31 garnered support from viewers and fellow artists alike.
Subsequently, GMA Network’s Eat Bulaga! premiered its revamped version with a new set of hosts, including Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar, Mavy Legaspi, Cassy Legaspi, and Alexa Miro. However, the show’s audience was not receptive to the changes made to their beloved noontime program.
Following the incident, rumors circulated on social media about TVJ and Dabarkads transferring to TV5 to create their own version of ‘Eat Bulaga!’ Many speculated that their show would replace It’s Showtime in the network’s noontime slot.
Nevertheless, there has been no confirmation from the Kapatid network regarding the validity of these rumors.
The anticipated TVJ and Dabarkads show is expected to premiere in the first week of July on TV5. Netizens speculate that the trademark for “Eat Bulaga!” is owned by TAPE Inc., indicating that the awaited show on TV5 will have a new name.
Rumors suggest that the new TVJ and Dabarkads show might be called “This is Eat!” however, there is no official confirmation regarding the show’s name, as there are allegedly other options being considered.
Despite potential name changes, the eagerly anticipated show on TV5 will feature its regular hosts and iconic segments, such as “Pinoy Henyo” and “Bawal Judgemental”.
Fans are eager to see how the new show on TV5 will impact the network’s current noontime program, It’s Showtime, as well as GMA Network’s Eat Bulaga!.
