On May 12, Viva artist Yassi Pressman was thrilled to see Viva and GMA Network working together on their latest movie, ‘Video City’.
At the story conference for the upcoming Viva Films and GMA Pictures collaboration, which LionhearTV covered, Pressman expressed gratitude for the opportunity to take on the project.
“I’m always excited, even just to be considered din po kasi, katulad nga po nung sinabi ko kanina, napakarami pong mga artista and you know, I’m grateful for everybody who wants to work with me and lahat po ng mga nakatrabaho ko rin po noon,” Pressman expressed.
She also considered the Kapuso and Viva collaboration a blessing.
Pressman then expressed her love for exploring roles and challenging herself as an artist.
The actress said, “I’m willing to work anywhere, of course, I love exploring. I love challenging myself din po sa mga bagong roles, sa mga bagong characters and as an artist din, parang exciting rin pong mag-try ng iba-iba pong pagkakataon.”
Pressman also cited her experience going to the beloved movie rental store in the ’90s.
The co-production between Viva Films and GMA Pictures, ‘Video City,’ stars Ruru Madrid and Pressman.
The narrative centers on “Han” (Madrid), a character who goes through time to 1995 and encounters “Ningning” (Pressman), a member of the “Video City” store crew.
‘Video City’ will shortly begin filming under the supervision of Raynier Brizuela.
