On May 15, It’s Showtime’s Argus accidentally ratted out his Dad during the ‘Isip Bata’ segment of the noontime show.
During the ‘Isip Bata’ segment of ‘It’s Showtime,’ host Vice Ganda asked the “Batang Cute-po” kids Kulot, Jazz, and Argus about the person they wanted to share their seats with, and Argus had the funniest answer.
Argus said he would want to share his seat with a pregnant woman because of his Mom, while accidentally revealing his Dad may have attempted to have another kid with his Mom.
“‘Yung buntis po. Kasi, po si Mommy po natutulog lang po ako, bigla pong sabi ng Daddy ko, pagbubuntis ulit ‘yung Mommy ko.”
Vice Ganda stepped in before the conversation became “not-so-child-friendly” anymore.
Referring to his parents, Argus added, “Nagkwe-kwentuhan lang po sila.”
The host then interviewed Argus’ father about whether they planned to have another child.
“Pero balak mo ng magkaroon ng kapatid si Argus? Handa na kayo ulit?” asked Vice Ganda.
“Hindi pa naman po Meme Vice, kwentuhan lang,” Argus’ dad replied.
Vice tried to steer the conversation into a ‘wholesome’ discussion by explaining that Argus’ Dad only had 15 days at home before he had to return to his job.
The discussion became a “laugh-inducing moment” when Jhong Hilario asked why Argus’ Mom wasn’t with them in the studio.
“Wala si Mommy?” Jhong questioned.
“Puyat,” Argus’ dad answered.
Argus then disclosed that his Mom had a “toothache” which had the whole studio laughing.
“Hindi po, kasi po may sakit si Mommy. Masakit po ang ngipin,” said Argus.
“Dad bakit sumakit ang ngipin ni Mommy, ano ang pinakain mo? Ano ba ang handa, anong Mother’s Day–marami bang cake, ice cream,” Vice Ganda posed.
“Naparami ata ng Hotdog, Meme Vice,” Argus’ Dad responded.
The Tiktok clip of the entire conversation already has 1.1 million views, 80.9K likes, and 580 comments.

Vice Ganda shut down the conversation jokingly before it spiraled out of control.
The ‘Isip Bata’ segment features a game-show-style format with the “Batang-Cute Po” kids weighing in on the questions presented during the segment.
The segment steadily trends on social media because of the candid moments of the “Batang-Cute Po” kids with the ‘It’s Showtime’ hosts.
