It appears motivational speaker Rendon Labador didn’t comprehend what Michael V said about content creators.
Labador shared his thoughts on Facebook regarding Bitoy’s advice to content creators, stating that they should have a clear understanding of the concept of “content.”
“The first thing any ‘content creator’ should understand is the meaning of the word ‘content’,” Michael V said on Instagram.

Afterward, Labador retorted that Michael V. had already lost his fame. The speaker asserted that influencers had become more renowned than traditional media personalities such as Bitoy.
“INFLUENCERS” are the new celebrities! Kung hindi ninyo kayang makipag patalinuhan sa mga INFLUENCERS sa pag produce ng content.. Manahimik nalang kayo. MAINSTREAM IS DEAD! Social media is the NEW MAINSTREAM,” said Labador.

Although he did not explicitly identify anyone in his Instagram post, some Filipino internet users believed he was indirectly criticizing the Tukomi YouTube channel.
The channel is managed by three people named Mark Lester San Rafael, Mark Hiroshi San Rafael, and Eleaza Fuentes.
These individuals are currently charged with alarm and scandal after a police investigator named Staff Sergeant Ronnie Conmingo of the Philippine National Police’s Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) apprehended them while they performed a kidnapping prank on a busy street in Las Piñas City.
So, it appears Labador didn’t understand the context of the comedian’s post.
On the other hand, some Filipinos believed that the comedian was referring to particular vloggers who supposedly promote and sponsor gambling through paid advertisements in their video content.
When he is not performing on TV, Michael V shares videos on his YouTube channel that include technology reviews and exclusive interviews with Hollywood stars.
He currently has more than 722,000 Instagram followers and 1.34 million YouTube subscribers.
