Talent manager and columnist Lolit Solis stated about artists who aspire to become famous in Hollywood. She shared her opinion on this matter through her Instagram account.
The talent manager mentioned actress Liza Soberano, one of the current controversial personalities, in this discussion.
According to her, Filipino artists have a chance if talent and beauty are priorities.
The talent manager expressed her confusion as to why having a career and being recognized in Hollywood is such a big deal, especially if the artist already has a successful career in the Philippines.
However, as Solis pointed out, many people dream big.
Libre naman mangarap, why not. Bongga!”
Soberano is slated to appear in the forthcoming American horror comedy film, ‘Lisa Frankenstein’ which is penned by Diablo Cody and marks Zelda Williams’ first feature-length directorial effort.
The film features Kathryn Newton, Cole Sprouse, and Carla Gugino in prominent roles and will be distributed by Focus Features.
Soberano recently took heat for her decision to “rebrand” her image.
