No out-of-town plans for the upcoming Holy Week? If you want to avoid the crowds in vacation destinations during the extra-long weekend, the city does not lack in activities and special offers.
To those who practice their faith, establishments like Century City Mall will serve Lenten food specials, showcasing non-meat items for those abstaining.
After visiting the numerous historic churches in the Metro, celebrate Easter Sunday at Century City Mall with Easter Sunday’s Art & Mystery. This all-day event (11 am to 5 pm), in collaboration with Mystery Manila, Sip & Gogh, and Taters, is jam-packed with family-friendly activities for everyone to enjoy.
To participate, shoppers just need to present a P500 worth of receipt from any Century City Mall store dated April 9 and they can join in on the fun at Level 1, Main Atrium. Participants will get to flex their minds to solve four stations of Mystery Manila games.
Aside from testing your mental skills, you can also practice your creativity with Sip & Gogh’s Easter Egg-painting activity. All that action means that your stomach would need to be filled, too. Worry not—Taters will provide all participants with free popcorn before they leave the activity area.
Want to score some movie tickets? If you’re looking forward to watching that new release that you’ve been seeing rave reviews about, dress up as the Easter Bunny and head on to the Concierge for not just one, but two free cinema passes.
Century City Mall will be closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Mall hours of 10 AM – 9:00 PM will resume on Black Saturday.
