On March 13, adult content creator Salome Salvi recalled her journey from being an adult content creator to a Viva star.

At the media conference for SSSSHHH! Salvi said that her source of income was being an adult content creator.

“‘Yung job ko po ngayon ay adult content creator, so in other words, porn. ‘Kitty K7’ was based on my time as a streamer, kasi may iba’t ibang kinds of online adult content. May mga nag-stream and may mga nagvi-videos. And parang na-try ko naman na sila lahat. And Kitty K7 was more about the streaming side of it. But yeah, I would call myself an adult content creator–adult entertainer.”

She then recounted how Viva approached a magazine column and podcast project after her involvement with Kitty K7.

“I was first approached by– kasi maraming sangay ang Viva, mayroong ano, may Viva Prime tayo, may Vivamax, and mayroon ring po mga podcast ang Viva, and mayroon din siyang magazine. And I was first onboarded for those two branches, para doon sa upcoming magazine na formerly known as AOMNL, perongayon, rebranded na siya as VMX na magazine.”

She then added details regarding what she would do as a ‘sexpert’ in her two upcoming projects.

“And they want me to be a columnist because they knew that I had the [kind of] knowledge that [they] want to bring to the table — and that they wanted to share. Kasi parang men’s magazine format siya–and they wanted like a sexpert or columnist that could answer questions and broach topics that they wanted to disseminate knowledge about.

“They also want to have a podcast din that is link sa column, kasi like that’s actually something that I really enjoy. I like guesting on podcasts, I like doing interviews, and that’s a strength of mine. I think I’m a good communicator. So, I was first [onboarded] for those two.”

She also discussed how director Roman Perez Jr offered her the role in their anthology series, SSSSHHH!

“And then nalaman ni Direk Roman, and for a time daw, he wanted to work with me na, even before. Tapos when he knew that I was on board for those two projects, sabi niya, ‘Let’s make a show that is based on the podcast that you will actually host.’

“So after this, hopefully, magkakaroon na ng isho-shoot na podcast on Spotify hopefully. So ayun, ‘yun po ‘yung naging journey ko. So kasi sabi nila, since I’m going to be acting in the series rin, and I’m going to be involved in the acting, it’s better if I sign on to the agency as well. And hopefully, after this, I can get more projects.”

She shared her experience acting on-screen for the first time.

“And acting is such as new thing for me- I got to be honest, I did struggle a little bit, adjusting kasi ‘yun nga eh, ang domain ko ay more interviews and podcasts, and doing porn, and acting is a whole different beast altogether. And I found it [to be] enjoyable naman, and I learn new things every day naman. And I’m so happy na malaki ang tiwala sa akin ni Direk Roman and Viva.”

SSSSHHH! hosted by Salvi, also features Viva artists such as Amanda Avecilla, Rash Flores, Vince Rillon, Alexa Ocampo, Jeffrey Hidalgo, Arron Villaflor, Chesca Paredes, Aerol Carmelo, Micaella Raz, Quinn Carillo, VR Relosa, and Yen Durano.

\A creation of Roman Perez Jr and En Villasis, the four-part podcast-anthology series streams on Vivamax starting March 26.
