On March 17, the brother of Filipino motivational speaker-vlogger Rendon Labador, Jormiel Labador reacted to his issues with actor-director Coco Martin.
Through his Facebook account, Jormiel Labador addressed his brother’s statement following Coco Martin’s revelation that they invited the motivational speaker.
Jormiel insinuated that Rendon’s supposed appearance on FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’ didn’t go through because of the lack of acting ability of the fitness influencer.
Jormiel Labador revealed, “Tol, kinukuha ka naman pala anong iniiyak mo? Kasi si utol kasi parang may lihim na galit kay Coco Martin eh, parang personal eh no.” He added, “Siguro pinag-acting, hindi nagustuhan, hindi nakuha. Yun ang feeling ko eh, hindi marunong um-acting eh.”
He then advised his brother to take acting workshops first instead of focusing on bodybuilding if Rendon wanted to be an actor.
Jormiel Labador furthered, “Parang ‘yung gusto mong lumaki ‘yung katawan mo pero ayaw mong mag-gym, mag-workshop ka, papakilala kita kay Direk Bobot. Umiiyak ka sa Facebook tapos hindi ka naman pala marunong um-acting, acting-an ang laban diyan.”

Coco Martin revealed that their production for FPJ’s Batang Quiapo planned to include the motivational speaker and his brother in their series. Martin asserted that his supposed appearance on the show didn’t take place.
The vlogger then reacted to Coco Martin’s statement in an open letter claiming that he declined the offer to appear in FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’ because he had too many commitments and that the project with the Kapamilya actor-director would only benefit those who aren’t doing anything in their lives.
Earlier, Rendon Labador made viral after criticizing the set and production of FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’ for allegedly causing traffic.
