Kapuso stars Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz shared their views regarding cheating.
On Fast Talk with Boy Abunda‘s March 16 episode, Abunda asked the two about the meaning of cheating in today’s generation.
“It’s something that you do when you’re not contented in a relationship,” San Jose answered.
Abunda gave San Jose some example, “Halimbawa, text. Halimbawa, nakipag-usap sa telepono. Halimbawa, tumingin ng kakaiba.”
“For me, medyo under the table. Medyo shady kasi siya, Tito Boy, kasi you’re allowing the person to flirt with you or make landi with you, and then you landi back,” San Jose responded.
“Kung nasa isang relasyon ka, dapat contented ka with your partner and the person that you love. Kasi kung hindi ka… kagaya ng sabi ni Juls [Julie Anne] na hindi contented, ‘yung mga tendencies talaga na hahanapin mo sa ibang tao. And then mahirap kasi makipag-one-on-one na makipaghiwalay, so ang nangyayari siguro ang tendency is nagkakaroon ng cheating.”
Cruz stated that if someone is already in a relationship, a person should be contented.
Abunda asked the two if a cheating situation should be forgiven.
“Kasi kapag sinabi mong cheating, Tito Boy, cheating e. Parang wala kasi siyang excuse,” San Jose said.
“I agree with Juls. Pero kasi depende siguro sa sitwasyon dahil ‘di natin alam, depende kapag pamilyadong tao ka na, e. Maybe by then, depende sa kasalanan. For the kids, baka puwedeng maayos para sa mga bata. Pero I agree with Julie po na kapag nagloko ka na, mahirap na po kasi ‘yung trust nag-crack na,” Cruz stressed.
On November 26, during the twosome’s first major concert, San Jose and Cruz exchanged “I love yous.”
“Naalala mo nu’ng birthday mo, ‘di ba? Sinabi ko sa ‘yo kung anong nararamdaman ko, ‘di ba? ‘Yung nandito tayo sa Newport, sa concert. Gusto ko lang din iparinig sa kanila. Julie Anne San Jose, I love you. I love you so much,” Cruz said.
“Ray, ano ba ito?” baffled San Jose, inquired.
“Hindi. Gusto ko lang sabihin na sobrang grateful ako sa ‘yo, na dumating ka sa buhay ko. And ang dami nang nagbago sa buhay ko simula ng dumating ka. Kaya gusto kong sabihin… I love you, too,” San Jose responded.
