After one kid bared his penchant for the Kapuso fantasy series Lolong, another kid-player in the hit Its Showtime segment, Isip Bata, revealed that she’s also a Kapuso viewer.
Kulot, one of the Batang Cutepos in It’s Showtime‘s Isip Bata, shared that she’s also fond of watching the GMA Network series Maria Clara at Ibarra.
During the noontime show’s February 28 episode, Vice Ganda mentioned that Ruru Madrid had sent his regards and thanks to Argus for watching his fantasy series Lolong.
In a previous episode, Argus, one of the Batang Cutepo, revealed he frequently watched Lolong whenever they get stuck in traffic.
Meanwhile, after talking to Argus, Vice asked another Batang Cutepo, Kulot, what shows she liked to watch. The Unkabogable Star asked if she was watching the likes of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, to which the kid disagreed.
According to Kulot, she’s not watching FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano or any series of the same genre.
Asked by Vice Ganda what she likes to watch, the kid answered Maria Clara, eliciting laughter again from the hosts and the audience.
“Hindi po ako nanonood ng mga ganun. Maria Clara lang po,” said Kulot.
“Maria Clara at Ibarra?” Vice asked, to which Kulot affirmed.
“Ahh, Maria Clara at Ibarra, maganda yun… nanonood din ako nyan. Maganda yung Maria Clara at Ibarra, pero maganda rin yung Dirty Linen at saka Batang Quiapo ang ganda rin,” Vice added.
Isip Bata is It’s Showtime’s newest segment, which features 20 madlang isip-bata contestants and a set of Batang Cute-po. The adult contestants must guess the correct answers recorded from 50 Madlang kids via multiple choice.
The Batang Cute-po, on the other hand, will act as the adult contestant guide in the elimination round, and one of them will be the partner of the winning contestant in its jackpot round.
