Filipino actor Gerald Anderson gave assurance that Julia Barretto would be his last girlfriend.
On March 19, during an interview with Korina Sanchez, Anderson hinted at when he would get married.
“Kailan ka ikakasal? Ikakasal ka na ba? Ninerbiyos ka? Nanlalamig ka yata?” Sanchez asked.
“Di naman, di naman po. You know, everything na ginagawa ko ngayon is because alam ko naman na malapit na yun, e. Hindi naman ako, kumbaga, yung 25-year-old na, ‘Di, trabaho muna ako, career muna ako.’ You know, honestly, generally lahat ng ginagawa ko sa career ko, sa show business, sa pagiging businessman, is leading up to that point,” Anderson answered.
Sanchez wondered if Anderson would tie the knot with Barretto.
“So, it’s gonna be Julia, you think? Di mo masabi?” she asked.
“No, siya talaga,” Anderson responded.
Sanchez questioned why his relationship with Barretto was working.
“Alam mo, you just know, alam mo na e. You feel na may nagbabago sa yo. You feel na nag-iiba or mas nag-iiba yung priorities mo or mas naging malinaw sa yo yung priorities mo. Alam mo yung kasabihan na ‘You just know.’ Ang hirap mag-explain, e, iba yung feel. Iba yung feel,” he said.
Sanchez stated that it looks like Anderson has already asked Barretto’s hand for marriage.
“That sounds like a proposal to me. Are you engaged?” Sanchez asked.
“Ah, Hindi po,” Anderson denied.
In March 2021, Anderson revealed his relationship with Barretto.
