The Kapamilya star has been in a relationship with the adorable actress, Michelle Vito, for three years.
‘The Iron Heart’ star, Enzo Pineda, revealed that he has a sentimental heart when it comes to nurturing relationships. While his character, Hero, in the top-rated Kapamilya series, can be unlikable most of the time, because of his villainous deeds, the Star Magic artist shared that he is the kind of person who values relationships, especially the one he has been sharing with Michelle Vito, for the last three years.
During our set visit to the show’s filming locations in Cebu, last February 6 and 7, we had the chance to ask Pineda about his girlfriend. Due to scheduling conflicts, it was inevitable that he would not be able to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Vito, but he had plans to make up for it.
“Of course, I’m very blessed to be taping here. Siguro ang problem lang is, how do I—of course nag-tetape kami ng series, may mga special places and dates ako na-namimiss,” he shared, noting that he would not be able to celebrate Valentine’s with his girlfriend, because the taping cycle he was in, won’t wrap up until past February 14.
The actor confirmed, “But I did plan something for Michelle,” he revealed, sharing that his relationship with Vito has been stable and strong for three years.
Pineda affirmed his belief that every day is Valentine’s Day, saying “Dapat.”
Asked about how to make relationships like what he and Michelle have, the Kapamilya star noted, “Love is patience, companionship; it’s more of selflessness. Kung hindi ka ganon, baka hindi kayo magtagal.
Pineda also revealed that when it comes to his love language, “…more into gifts ako eh, at saka words. Si Michelle naman eh is more of, service and time.”
Asked if he’s ready to settle down once the time and situation demand, the dashing actor shared, “Siguro, you can never be ready eh? Pero ako naman, I try to prepare as much as I can. I try to save money. Kami ni Michelle, we’re planning businesses that we want to pursue in the future. Siyempre hindi naman puwedeng you put all your eggs in one basket.”
He shared that he and his girlfriend are definitely headed in the direction of marriage. He concluded, “Definitely, we’re heading to that direction. But also, we’re preparing ourselves, para pag nangyari, hindi ‘yung andaming pagkukulang, andaming adjustments ‘di ba? Gusto ko parang naka-set na.”
The Iron Heart, where Pineda plays one of the major characters, Hero, airs on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Block on multiple platforms, including A2Z and TV5 on free TV, Kapamilya Channel and Jeepney TV on pay TV, and Kapamilya Online Live and iWantTFC online.
