Instead of settling the issue, Kapuso star David Licauco even confuses his fans more about his real age.
On Twitter, a netizen asked Licauco to clarify his real age after saying on Zeinab Harake’s Vlog that he’s 27 years old. Google and Wikipedia, however, listed him as 28.
In a tweet on March 23, @itsimplyhazel wrote, “Pls paki clarify kung ilang taon kana talaga dami po di makatulog sa pag-iisip kung 27 or 28. Pero alam ko talaga 19 e hahahahah @davidlicauco.”

The ‘Maria Clara at Ibarra’ star meanwhile, gamely replied “21 po,” adding more confusion to his already confused fan.
“O diba, @davidlicauco lalong nagkagulo dahil sa sagot mo? Instead na maclarify lalo mo pinag-overthink hahahahahahahah,” the netizen replied.

Meanwhile, according to an article published on the GMA Network website in October 2022, Licauco was born on June 15, 1994, making him 28 years old today.
Licauco started his career after winning the first runner-up title in the 2014 “Mr. and Ms. Chinatown” pageant. His pageant win brought him modeling opportunities and film and television gigs.
He made his acting debut in the 2014 film ‘The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin.’ In 2015, he played a small role in the Kapamilya shows ‘Flordeliza’ and ‘Ipaglaban Mo’.
Licauco’s rise to stardom, meanwhile, started when he was cast in the Kapuso telefantasya ‘Mulawin at Ravena’ in 2017.
His biggest break, however, came with his breakthrough performance in the recent Kapuso top-rating portal fantasy series ‘Maria Clara at Ibarra’ alongside Barbie Forteza, Dennis Trillo, and Julie Anne San Jose.
