The three-day fashion show showcased an extravagance of glamour, style, and poise.
Beauty was a common sight during the three-day ‘BENCH Fashion Week Summer/Spring 2023‘, but so were glittering and perfectly-sculpted bodies, sophistication, style, and poise. The much-anticipated fashion event exceeded expectations with its red carpet, photo wall, and runway. To some extent, it delivered more.
Jaggy Clarino’s collection of nostalgic, trendsetting clothing allowed runway stars to set the event ablaze.
Clarino’s exquisite styles are reflective of his strong adherence to whimsical and vivid storytelling, with most of his designs depicting subjects that are perpetually linked to humanity and childhood. His Core Memory collection for BENCH Fashion Week SS23 outwitted himself once again.
Human Clothing and Secret Fresh also unveiled their updated collections of trendy pieces that fit perfectly with the event’s theme: Spring and Summer. With their new couture collection, Kashieca teamed up with Rhett Eala to create an extravagant feeling of simplicity and familiarity. Kashieca has always been known for its comfort, and its garments presented on the second day of the event did not disappoint.
Stars from local television and film headlined the third and final night of the event, with many well-known showbiz personalities, as well as young and up-and-coming stars of local entertainment walking the red carpet and the event’s runway while sporting themed apparel.
GMA Sparkle artists, Derrick Monasterio, Yasser Marta, Ruru Madrid, Bianca Umali, David Licauco, Allen Ansay, and Sofia Pablo, thrilled fans who waited for their turns to shine on the runway. Likewise, Kapamilya stars, Janine Gutierrez, Lovi Poe, and Francine Diaz, owned their respective moments on the runway, while Vice Ganda, and Jhong Hilario, walked the red carpet.
