Wowowin host Willie Revillame appeared to have denied reports and speculations that his variety show would temporarily go off the air after he shared the construction progress of their Mandaluyong studio.
In a Facebook post on February 6 on ALLTV’s official Facebook page, Revillame gave a glimpse of the current status of the studio’s construction, dispelling recent news reports that the ALLTV management has already decided to “temporarily cancel” some of its station-produced TV programs.
Revillame reiterated that the truth about the future of the ALLTV programs will only come from them.
Earlier, he made an emotional appeal to the public to set aside politics and pray for their Network after “speculations about ALLTV’s temporary cancellation” of its shows, which met with jubilation from the netizens.
Prior to his transfer to ALLTV, Wowowin had been doing well on the Kapuso Network. It was a consistent afternoon top rater [even] surpassing Eat Bulaga‘s TV ratings at times. Now, Wowowin can barely enter the Top 30 in overall programs with its insignificant 0.1 percent TV ratings.
