A new afternoon drama rating queen has been crowned: ‘Unica Hija’.
Based on the latest rating report from the Nielsen NUTAM People Survey, ‘Unica Hija’ has already taken over ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’ on the rating leaderboard. This is the number one afternoon drama in the country today.
On Wednesday, January 25, ‘Unica Hija’ registered a rating of 8.6 percent, 0.2 percent higher than former leader ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’, which scored 8.4 percent.
On Thursday, January 26, while the Kapuso afternoon sci-fi drama dropped to 8.3 percent, it still maintained its afternoon leadership, ahead by 0.5 percent against 7.8 percent of ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’.
For Friday, January 27, Unica Hija trailed up again, adding 0.6 percent to its previous rating. This resulted in an 8.9 percent rating against ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap” with 8.2 percent.
On Monday, January 30, the Kate Valdez-starrer series maintained its ranking, scoring 9.4 percent, leaving behind ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’ with 8.0 percent.
But on Tuesday, January 31, although ‘Unica Hija’ retained its leadership status,’ Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’ is threatening a comeback. This is because it has only a 0.2 percent margin at 9.2 vs. 9.0 percent ratings.
