Mary Delle Cascabel showcased her confidence, sexiness, and impeccable dance prowess as she was proclaimed the first grand champion of “Girl on Fire,” the hottest dance competition in the country on “It’s Showtime.”
The Cebu native set the floor on fire and earned a total average score of 9.3 from the combined scores from Hataw Royalties — Regine Tolentino, Sunshine Garcia, G-Force Myka, AC Bonifacio, Chie Filomeno, Zeus Collins, Jay Roncesvalles, Vimi Rivera, and John Prats, beating her opponents Kaye Alfafara (8.7) and Beverly Ypon (7.7).
As the grand champion, Mary Delle won an exclusive management contract with Star Magic’s Polaris and P500,000 from S.C.D, while Kaye and Beverlyeachreceived P50,000.
Jess Reyes, Kim Dueñas, Nica Santos, Krystin Mendoza, Kim Tubiano, Jelai Ahamil, and Ahlex Leyva were the first ones who got eliminated after their performances received the lowest combined scores from the judges. They all received P20,000 each.
