Many of the younger fans of the sensational Kapamilya show have been introduced to the brilliance of the two actors, through their exceptionally-acted confrontation scene, last night, February 2.
Ever since the most recent Kapamilya show, ‘Dirty Linen’ debuted on ABS-CBN’s primetime block, social media has been abuzz over the exemplary performances of its star-studded cast. It is no wonder that today’s Kapamilya suspense drama is the new ‘talk of the town’.
A loyal following seems to have developed for the show as a result of its cast’s so-called “mata-mata” school of acting.
Last night, it was Angel Aquino and Epy Quizon’s turn to impress.
Although it wasn’t surprising to see the two actors kill the emotionally bitter and painful confrontation scene, their brilliance nonetheless was mind-blowing, reflecting the shocked reactions generated by their performances.
In a way, last night’s episode was a revelation; it unmasked a mystery figure the netizens previously thought to be played by another actor. It turned out, however, that it was Aquino.
“Angel Aquino as Feliz Fiero Pavia is the big revelation for tonight! Epy Quizon sobrang galing mo din!! Gosh!! This drama is something! Put this on Netflix!!” tweeted one of Aquino’s fans, who gave props to the actress as well as to Quizon. A clip featuring Aquino’s character being revealed as Ador’s kidnapper was attached to her tweet.

“Ummm si Epy Quizon ay matagal nang magaling na aktor. Hindi ito bago. He is an Urian winner and a FAMAS winner. He’s an award-winning (local and international) actor even before our favorites learned how to act,” tweeted Hyro, whose tweet clearly addressed those who got surprised by Quizon’s brilliance.

Howard was not able to help himself from cursing, all because of the brilliant scene pulled off by the two actors. “That scene between Angel Aquino and Epy Quizon, p***** I**! I haven’t cried over a TV scene in a long time. Ramdam na ramdam yung pagmamahal, paghihinayang at yung kalungkutan. Given na ang Angel Aquino BUT EPY QUIZON?! MY GOD!.”

Last night’s trending episode saw the scandalous secrets of Ador, played by Quizon, exposed to the public eye. No thanks to the revenge squad, composed of Mang Rolando (Joel Torre), Alexa (Janine Gutierrez), Max (Christian Bables), and Lala (Jennica Garcia).
