Primetime King Coco Martin believed each Pinoy drama series should be supported and promoted despite the vicious cycle of network wars.
In a statement during FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’s (FPJBQ) live pilot viewing in Plaza Miranda on Monday, February 13, Martin urges everyone to support not only FPJ’s Batang Quiapo but all Filipino-made series, even those produced by other networks.

The Kapamiya star also stressed that what the industry needs is cooperation from each other and not dirty, bitter competition. He also hoped that with the latest development and evolution in Philippine TV drama production, it would attract more attention not only from the local audience but also globally.
“Sana this time, mapansin tayo.

Meanwhile, FPJBQ, since its pilot, has already hooked Pinoy viewers. The pilot episode made a record-breaking live concurrent view, reaching more than 341,000 views on Kapamilya Online Live.
In terms of TV ratings, Martin’s TV comeback was well received, as he reclaimed his former throne in the rating leaderboard as the number one teleserye in the country.
