Teleserye King Coco Martin shared why he gets to wear a jacket despite the hot climate.
Martin is known for his hit Kapamilya series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. His character would always wear a leather or denim jacket despite the season.
In the teaser of his latest series FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, also, his character is seen wearing a jacket.
In real life, Martin would still wear a leather or denim jacket as a fashion statement.
In a report by Bandera on February 15, the actor explained that he [simply] embodies his character in his series.
He then explained that he embodies his character to portray it well on television.
FPJ’s Batang Quiapo was well-received by the people as it continues to beat Kapuso portal-fantasy series Maria Clara at Ibarra (MCAI) in the rating game.
On February 16, the Coco Martin-led series scored 13.2%, a percent higher than GMA Network’s Maria Clara at Ibarra, which registered a rating of 12.2 percent.
