Kapamilya action-drama teleserye FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ) scored a big win in the rating game during its pilot week.
According to the rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People Survey, FPJBQ scored an overall pilot rating of 12.3 percent. This is 2.1 percent higher than the previous weekday rating leader ‘Maria Clara at Ibarra’ which had an average rating of 10.1 percent.
On Monday, February 13, FPJBQ premiered with a rating of 12.5 percent, 0.4 percent lower than MCAI’s 12.9 percent.
The Coco Martin-led teleserye, however, pulled off a win on Tuesday, February 14, with a rating of 12.2 percent vs. MCAI’s 11.1, taking the top spot on the rating leaderboard’s entertainment category.
On Wednesday, February 15, FPJBQ’s lead widened to 1.3 percent after registering a rating of 12.8 percent against MCAI’s 12.5 percent.
And on Thursday, February 16, the Kapamilya action-drama series maintained its leadership rating of 12.2 percent vs. the Kapuso portal-fantasy series’ rating of 12.2 percent.
Kanta Media has also reported its own rating results, putting FPJ’s ‘Batang Quiapo’ ahead of its Kapuso rival.
On February 13, FPJBQ registered a rating of 21.4 percent vs. MCAI’s 19.1 percent.
And on February 15, FPJBQ scored 22.6 against 19.6 percent.
