On January 27, Viva artist Angela Morena cited the challenges of doing sexy scenes in her previous projects.
At the media conference for the Vivamax film La Querida, which LionhearTV covered, Morena acknowledged the effort she put into her intimate scenes.
“Hindi siya hardest, but challenging. Hindi lang sa La Querida but including sa previous projects ko is me doing it, kasi mahirap, challenging talaga na gumawa ng mga sexy scenes, mga daring scenes.”
She then highlighted her ’emotional’ intimate scene with her co-star in her latest Vivamax project.
“Pero siguro dito sa La Querida, iniisip ko kanina, specific na eksena namin ni Arron, ‘yung last ano namin, ‘yung last love scene, ‘yung umiiyak ako habang nagla-love scene kami. Tinanong ko si Direk, ‘Direk, nangyayari ba talaga ‘to sa totong buhay, na you’re making love to your partner for one last time.’ Parang ang hirap noon at ang bigat.”
Morena also recounted how she got interested in doing the role, praising La Querida‘s storyline.
“Sabi nga noong lahat, this is something different, kaya ko siya tinanggap. Though, kahit ano naman pong project ang binibigay sa akin ni Viva, tinatanggap ko. And, noong nabasa ko ‘yung script and story naiyak ako. Maganda eh, love story. Talagang nagulat ako in the end na, ‘Oh my Gosh’ ganon ‘yung reaction eh.
“Tapos ‘yun nag storycon kami nila Direk at diniscuss nila sa akin ‘yung characters, and then ‘yun nag shoot kami.”
Morena stars in the Vivamax film La Querida with Arron Villaflor, Mercedes Cabral, and Jay Manalo.
The Vivamax original includes other Viva stars such as Josef Elizalde, Alona Navarro, Andrew Muhlach, and Jiad Arroyo.
Under the direction of GB Sampedro, the interweaving love story of La Querida streams on Vivamax on February 10.
