Kapuso primetime newscast 24 Oras and portal-fantasy drama Maria Clara at Ibarra (MCAI) have regained their tandem leadership in the rating chart.
According to the recent rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People Survey, 24 Oras and MCAI again topped the overall and entertainment rating leaderboards, respectively.
On Monday, February 20, GMA Network’s flagship newscast scored a rating of 16.9 percent, 14 percent higher than rival TV Patrol’s 2.9 percent.
MCAI, on the other hand, registered a rating of 12.3 percent, 0.3 percent higher than ABS-CBN’s FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ), which scored 12.0 percent.
On Tuesday, February 21, 24 Oras retained its overall number 1 position in the rating chart with a rating of 16.0 percent, beating TV Patrol by 12.7 percent at 2.3 percent.
Kapuso portal-fantasy series MCAI also defended its leadership position in the entertainment category after scoring 12.0 percent, leading FPJBQ by 0.4 percent at 11.6 percent.
Meanwhile, aside from the top two tandem, GMA Network’s family gameshow Family Feud has also maintained its leadership in daytime programming.
On Monday, February 20, Family Feud scored 10.0 percent to maintain its number 4 overall ranking and number 1 ranking among daytime programs.
The following day, Tuesday, February 21, the Dingdong Dantes-hosted game show went down by 0.5 to 9.5 percent but remained the overall number 4 program on the leaderboard.
