Mark Anthony Fernandez revealed on January 3 that he would like to remake Joey De Leon’s ‘Starzan’.
At the media conference for Nightbird, covered by LionhearTV, Fernandez cited the roles he wanted to portray in the remake of the comedy film.
As for his career as an actor, he expressed gratitude to Viva and hopes for more projects in 2023.
He said, “Ako, ang tingin ko, I’m just ano–I think my prayers [were] answered– answered by our Heavenly Father. I think–I have a lucky company, lucky bosses na talaga masipag sila and really into the sining to make [nice] movies and entertainment stuff.”
He then attested to how much he was a fan of Viva Entertainment’s filmography, such as ‘Jack en Jill’, ‘Badboy’, and ‘Utol ko Hoodlum’.
Fernandez revealed, “ eh ang number one film ko na paborito kong film is Jack en Jill…I’m just very happy, I’m really happy kung nasaan ako ngayon.”
In his 2023, he teased a surprise for his fans. “So basta, I want to surprise you. I don’t want to say kung anong mga gagawin, pero it should be good kasi it’s from our company,” he said.
Nightbird also stars Christine Bermas, Arron Villaflor, Sid Lucero, and Felix Roco.
The Viva revenge-action film, directed by Law Fajardo, will be available on Vivamax on January 13, 2023.
