MMFF 2022’s early period saw Partners in Crime earn more than Deleter. According to sources, Vice Ganda’s comedy film peaked at the box office on December 28.
Deleter and Family Matters were predicted to grow in earnings in the latter part of MMFF 2022.
Furthermore, as of December 29, cinemas in Glorietta 4 still have one of each MMFF 2022 entry in each cinema other than Nanahimik ang Gabi.
Deleter and Family Matters each have two cinemas at The Power Plant Mall as of December 28. Each of Nanahimik Ang Gabi, My Teacher, Labyu With An Accent, and Partners in Crime has one.
The increase in moviegoers for Family Matters got attributed to word-of-mouth from the Pinoy audiences who saw the film.
Earlier, Family Matters stars and their producer reacted to MMFF 2022 snubbing the film during the Gabi ng Parangal.
