Indie musician Abby Clutario expressed on January 23, her hopes of having her version of the Voltes V ending theme included in GMA Network Voltes V: Legacy.
At a media conference covered by LionhearTV, Clutario first recounted how she came up with her version of the song in 2020.
“Actually, ‘yung mismong video, ginawa ko ‘yun during the pandemic.
She then revealed that she discussed with AltG Records her interest in covering the Voltes V: Legacy theme.
Wala pang balita.”
Clutario highlighted her reaction if GMA Network included her version in the upcoming series.
“Pero, why not no? Di ba baka sakaling ano–baka sakaling gamitin nila ‘yun, sobrang kikiligin ako noon. So let’s hope, let’s hope na magkaroon tayo ng feedback diyan. Right now, I’m just hoping ‘yung feedback sa tao, kasi sabi nila nostalgic daw, very childhood days daw nila ‘yung naaalala nila kapag napapakinggan nila ‘yung Voltes V ending theme.”
Clutario signed her contract with AltG Records, a sub-label of GMA Music, in November 2022.
She also covered the Up Dharma Down’s song, Tadhana, under AltG, which is available on music streaming platforms such as Spotify.
