Filipino actress Nadine Lustre’s boyfriend Christopher Bariou shared how proud he is of her bagging the “Best Actress” award during the Metro Manila Film Festival 2022 Gabi Ng Parangal.
On December 27, Lustre dedicated her MMFF Best Actress award to her boyfriend Bariou.
Lustre remarked, “Unang-una po sa lahat, gusto ko pong magpasalamat sa bumubuo ng MMFF. Sobrang unreal po sa pakiramdam na nandito yung team Deleter ngayon kasi hindi po talaga namin ine-expect na makakasama yung Deleter sa MMFF.”
She added, “Ito pong award na to, dine-dedicate ko po sa pamilya ko, sa mga kaibigan ko na patuloy na sumusuporta sa akin, sa boyfriend ko pong si Chris. And of course, Viva family ko and sa team Deleter. Sobrang saya po namin and hindi po talaga namin ine-expect ito.”
Based on the latest partial, unofficial box office ranking, Vice Ganda and Ivana Alawi’s ‘Partners in Crime’ and Lustre’s ‘Deleter’ topped the list of MMFF 2022’s top grossers.
Bariou shared via Instagram Stories a photo of Lustre holding a trophy. He captioned: “Never doubted her.”
‘Deleter’ bagged the following awards: Best Picture, Best Sound, Best Visual Effect, Best Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Director for Mikhail Red, and Best Actress for Lustre.
