King of Talk Boy Abunda said he and Queen of All Media Kris Aquino have remained friends.
On December 18, on Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, Abunda revealed he is still friends with Aquino.
“The friendship is not perfect. Wala kaming problema ni Kris na hindi namin napag-usapan and I am referring to things that are personal, things that are political, things that are professional.
“May mga pagiging magkaibigan tulad natin, hindi tayo nagkita ng ilang taon, pero pag nagkita tayo, magkaibigan tayo e. To me, that is the best kinds of friendships. The connection is there,” he stressed.
Abunda shared that since Aquino flew to the US for her treatments, the former has not yet talked to the latter. But Abunda assured that nothing has changed in their friendship.
On May 16, via an Instagram post, Aquino revealed how critical her present health condition was.

“Kayo na lang please ang mag research- 3 ang confirmed autoimmune conditions ko: chronic spontaneous urticaria, autoimmune thyroiditis, and definitively confirmed after my 3rd skin biopsy was read by a pathologist here & in the 🇺🇸- meron po akong vasculitis, to be very specific – late stage 3 of Churg-Strauss Syndrome now also known as EGPA,” she posted.
Abunda and Aquino have shared hosting stints in various ABS-CBN talk shows such as Aquino & Abunda Tonight, The Buzz, and Boy and Kris.
