At the media conference for Us X Her, which LionhearTV covered on November 21, Viva sexy star Angeli Khang asserted that she didn’t need to compete or challenge AJ Raval in the intimate scenes in their recent movie together.
Khang attested to her bonding in between takes with Raval while filming Us X Her.
“For me, I never felt that there was a challenge na kailangan namin magpa-up sa isa’t isa. Kasi, in reality talagang friends kami ni AJ and pag nasa-off screen lagi lang namin nagkakasunduan lang na oo nga na ganito nga ang media.
“As they think kailangan na mayroong isa, but I think we shouldn’t differ –each and every persona ng tao kasi I know that AJ has her own craft, has her own [special] things to do, and her as an actor and I also do have that.”
She also attributed their on-screen chemistry to their bond as co-stars in one of their previous projects.
“Actually hindi kasi first movie ko, kasama ko na agad si AJ and noon nag-sama kami ulit dito sa Us X Her, it was easy–easier than Taya since doon pa lang kami nagkabonding. And hindi siya mahirap dahil in between scenes kumakain pa kami nagfo-food trip kami tapos kwentuhan. Tapos after noon, scene na pala, ito na tatlo na tayo, game na.”
Us X Her also stars Kiko Estrada. The cast includes other Viva artists such as Bob Jbeili, Shehyee, and MJ Cayabyab.
