Kapuso flagship primetime newscast 24 Oras remains the number one TV program in the country.
According to the latest rating reports from Nielsen NUTAM People Survey, 24 Oras is still the overall leader among all TV programs in the Philippines.
On Monday, December 5, the Kapuso newscast scored 17.6%, beating rival news program TV Patrol with a 2.1% rating.
On the following day, Tuesday, December 6, 24 Oras’ rating went up by 0.5% to 18.1%, again besting its competitor TV Patrol, which scored 2.4%.
However, on Wednesday, December 7, the Mel Tiangco-led news program dropped to 16.3%, a decrease of 1.8%, but remained the overall number one program on that day.
But on the next day, Thursday, December 8, the GMA primetime news program bounced back to 17.0%, defeating TV Patrol again, which scored 2.0%.
24 Oras’s good rating performance proved that Pinoy viewers are still glued to their TV sets to get the latest news and information about what is currently happening in our country.
